The North American Organic Brewers Festival, Portland Oregon Overlook Park. A benefit for Oregon Food Bank, Oregon Tilth and night light. The NAOBF offers over 50 breweries with suppliers of bio-organic and sustainable, live music, local organic food. We talk to brewmaster Bret Cooperrider of Ukiah Brewing Company and ask him why it is important to have organic beer? What does it mean to be organic at all? We also look at stainless steel cookware made of titanium that no oil, cooks better utilized and ishealthier, we meet Green bottling, beer bottle, and discover Solpop, a bike shop with fresh local ingredients, environmental development, including a Hopsicle Blueberry.
