This is a story of a discada some friends and I wanted to. A discada is a meet where you can sit as a wok to cook a meal, talk, play dominoes or whatever. The pan is traditional Mexican and an instrument called a family of farmers harrow disc. Being that it was pulled behind a tractor, this is much heavier than the wok and retains heat like cast iron.
