Cast iron pans can be made as a non-stick as any teflon pan. You can now "season" of a dish not to let it stick so you can wash whenever you want. Remember to throw the pan in the oven. This is much easier. Cast iron is inexpensive, healthy and much easier to work with as well as Teflon. Forget the hours the garbage in the oven. just to hear the video and find out why lenghy "Spice", a cast iron pan is just a waste of time.
