Scrambling eggs in a cast iron skillet can be easy and so can the clean up! Note:I have cooked these eggs about 30 seconds longer than I like them. Because of health reasons, they are cooked through for this demonstration. Just a bit of patience in pre-heating (the heat setting is 2 1/2-3 on the electric stove top) and preparing the pan, the right temperature and clean up procedure, and those of you who thought only a non-stick pan could do this job, may have just found a new healthier method!
