Talmud. While much of the Talmud contains some valuable wisdom, it is absolutely stippled with anti-Gentile invective from one end to the other. For example, according to the Talmud, God created Gentiles because he didn't want Jews being served by four-footed beasts. And, according to the Talmud, food tastes worse if cooked in Gentile cookware than it does if cooked in Jewish cookware. Basically, much of the Talmud says that Gentiles suck.
