OkSiPak cooks Chop Chae in the Manpans 10" skillet. Chop Chae is Ready!---ManPans 10" Fry Pan (Test 2) The pan is only three days old as of this cook test. Positives: Lightweight, hand-washes easily, handle stays cool. Negatives: None yet. Chop Chae is a Korean "stir-fry" dish with multiple vegetables and noodles. Thus the ManPans was a perfect pan to test the non-stickness (made-up word) in using all the ingredients. This noodle dish is one of my favorites and a rendition from many combined recipes. Maangchi was one of my biggest influence in reaching one of my goals for 2011. My video is not a cooking show but merely a futile search for the best non-stick fry pan. After purchasing various multiple non-stick pans without any success of lasting use, ManPans was the next in line for my trial. I just happened to Google products, Made In The USA, and found it.
