In this episode of Cooking with Bessemer, we show you how to cook delicious Pizza Supreme 34cm baking Dish and Lid Teresa Micalizzi PIZZA BASE 1 ½ cups self raising flour cup warm water 1 tablespoon of oil salt & pepper PIZZA TOPPING CHOICES 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese Paprika Salami, capsicum, mushrooms Olives, bacon, onion Sprinkle of oregano Mix ingredients of pizza base in 34cm baking dish base Spread tomato paste over top of dough base Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella cheese Add pizza topping and rest of cheese—sprinkle paprika over toppings Cook on top of stove with lid on and vent open for 5 minutes on medium heat and then 5 minutes on low heat Slide out onto a platter and serve hot
